About The Artist
Hi I'm Stacie, store owner and the designer of our Simply Scandi hand crafted store brand products. I make handmade jewelry, gifts, and home decor items in vibrant, fun colors inspired by Scandinavian and European Art & Folklore, made with a cute modern twist. I use my own designs, illustrations, and photography in my work. I'd be happy to work with you on any special requests or custom orders. If you see something you like, but want it in a different color or with a different picture, just ask in store or by filling out the contact entry form on this website. Any items that you see in-store with our Simply Scandi tag means I can custom make a different variation of it special just for you!
My methods available for creating custom orders include:
-Laser Engraving on Wood, Slate, and Cork.
- CNC Mill for cutting signs, ambient lights, clocks, etc. with wood and expanded pvc.
- Printing on cotton fabric with a wide format printer that uses archival pigment ink. (not machine washable)
- Sculpting with Pardo Clay. Pardo Clay is the best quality polymer clay on the market, and is imported from Germany. It is Earth friendly, containing pure beeswax, premium pigments, and there are no phthalates in it.
My custom items include:
Wood cutting boards, keychains, magnets, photo frames, kitchen utensils, cookie stamps, Christmas ornaments, jewelry, cork trivets and coasters, slate trays and cheese boards, clocks, ambient lamps, and decorative throw pillows.
